Akuvi Fashion Return Policy

At Akuvi Fashion, we aim for full customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Please read the conditions below carefully. Our return process is strict to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.

1. Return period

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached, intact and undamaged.
  • The item must not be worn, washed, or altered.
  • There must be no signs of regular use, such as:
    • stains, makeup marks or deodorant marks
    • perfume, smoke or body odour
    • stretching, pilling, fabric damage or other visible wear
  • The item must be returned in the same type of packaging in which it was sent:
    • If it was shipped in a bag, it must be returned in a bag.
    • If it was shipped in a box, it must be returned in a box.
  • There must be no damage, such as tears, pulls, holes, loose threads, or other defects that were not present when we shipped the item.
If any of these conditions are not met, the item will not qualify for a refund.

3. Inspection by our team

  • Every returned item is carefully inspected by our team.
  • We decide, at our sole discretion, whether an item meets our return conditions.
  • If we detect signs of wear, use, damage, missing tags or any condition that differs from how we sent the item, we will:
    • reject the refund, and
    • inform you by email of the reason for rejection.
You may send an item back at your own initiative, but a refund will only be issued if the item passes our inspection.
In some cases, items that do not meet our conditions may be declared non-sellable and will not be returned to you.

4. Return shipping costs

  • The first return per customer may be free of charge (if indicated as such at the time of purchase).
  • For a second, third, or any further return within a short, continuous period, return costs will be charged to the customer.
  • This policy is in place to reduce unnecessary returns and to support more sustainable operations.

5. Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable period.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we clearly made a mistake with your order.

6. Misuse of the return policy

We reserve the right to:
  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy, and
  • limit or refuse future orders or returns from customers who we believe are misusing or abusing our return policy (for example, frequent returns of clearly worn or damaged items).

7. How to return an item

  1. Register your return via our website or customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Place the item, with all original tags and labels, in the original type of packaging.
  3. Send the parcel back following the instructions you receive from us.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, you will be informed by email and if applicable, a refund will be issued.
