Your order will be processed after your payment has been successfully received.
We aim to process and pack your order as soon as possible.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared and handed over to our shipping partner, depending on when we are present at the depot.

2. Shipping destinations
Akuvi Fashion currently ships only to the following countries:
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
- France
- Germany
Orders placed with a delivery address outside these countries will not be accepted.

The delivery times below are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and local postal services.
Belgium:
Expected delivery time: 6–10 business days from the moment your payment has been received.

We work with reliable shipping partners, but final delivery times also depend on their efficiency and the workload at the postal services.
Pre-order – delivery time & shipping
Some items in our webshop are available as Pre-order. This means the item is not (fully) in stock yet, but it can still be ordered.
Pre-order delivery time:
- Belgium: delivery within 7 to 14 days
- International (The Netherlands, France, Germany): delivery within 14 to 21 days
We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, for pre-order items we cannot guarantee delivery within the standard delivery timeframe.
How can you recognize a Pre-order item?
You can recognize pre-order items by the “Pre-order” label on the product page. You can also find these items via the filters/search function in the product overview.
Important
Even if an item is shown as (temporarily) out of stock, it may still be available to order as a pre-order in some cases. If so, the pre-order delivery timeframe stated above applies.

Standard shipping may be free or charged at a fixed rate, depending on current promotions and conditions shown at checkout.

A fixed shipping fee (€15 per order) will be charged. The exact amount will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code (if available).

- During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual.
- Akuvi Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
